UNIVERSAL HALL OF THE SPORTS ACADEMY

Two large halls with a total area of 2166 square meters.

These spacious halls are equipped with all the necessary facilities and are designed for team sports such as volleyball, basketball, handball, badminton, and mini-football. Additionally, the halls are suitable for conducting competitions and sparring sessions in boxing, freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, sambo, karate, judo, taekwondo, fencing, table tennis, and artistic gymnastics.

The halls are equipped with: 8 sets of wrestling Olympic mats, 8 sets of Olympic tatami mats for wrestling, 4 sets of tatami mats (dayang), 32 boxing mannequins (bags) for wrestlers.

WEIGHTLIFTING HALL

A specialized facility spread over 300 square meters designed for weightlifting training.

The hall is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines, mirrors, 16 fixed platforms, and a specialized flooring that meets modern international standards. Up to 30 athletes can train simultaneously in the hall.

A specialized facility, spanning a total area of 1429 square meters (l – 56.7m / b – 25.2m / h – 4.5m), Equipped with sportsart machines for all muscle groups.

The hall includes a cardio zone (treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines). There are areas dedicated to functional and strength training, machines for working with free weights, a training octagon, stretching area, and myofascial release zone.

The fifth hall covers a total area of 1429 square meters

(l – 56.7m / b – 25.2m / h – 6m).

The hall is specifically equipped for boxing training.

Inside the hall, there are 2 rings on podiums and 50 boxing bags.

In the entire complex, there are a total of 6 boxing rings, 4 training rings, 2 rings on podiums, and 105 boxing bags.

In the sports complex, there are 72 shower cabins and 443 locker rooms.

All the spaces are equipped with professional climate control systems and underfloor heating.

        On the complex premises, there are more than 100 boxing bags of various sizes: 140cm, 150cm, 160cm, and 180cm.
        What is the operating period of the swimming pool?
        The swimming pools are operational from the beginning of May until the end of September.
        What types of saunas are available on the complex premises?
        For athletes, there is a Finnish sauna constructed, conveniently located within the hotel building. Sauna access is included in the accommodation cost. Additionally, there are two more saunas on the complex premises – a Finnish sauna and a Russian sauna (banya).
